Overview
Welcome to Nuvia! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nuvia, a trading name of NuviaLab LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming (USA), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Nuvia operates this online store and website, including all information, content, features, tools and products, with the aim of providing you with a personalised shopping experience (the "Services"). Nuvia is a store powered by Shopify.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our Services.
Article 1 – Access and Account
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. To make a purchase, you may be asked to provide information such as an email address, billing details and a delivery address. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Article 2 – Our Products
We endeavour to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Article 3 – Orders
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nuvia reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is considered accepted only upon our confirmation and successful payment processing. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or domestic use only, and not for commercial resale or export.
Article 3A – Returns and Refunds
Nuvia offers a return period of 90 days from the date you receive your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without reason within 14 days of receiving your product (your statutory cancellation right). Beyond this statutory right, we offer an extended commercial guarantee of up to 90 days from delivery.
A) Statutory Cancellation Right (days 1–14)
During the first 14 days following receipt of your product, you have the right to return any item, even if you have tried it in the normal way. If the product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
B) Commercial Guarantee (days 15–90)
For a return to be accepted under our extended commercial guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must retain its original seals and hygiene seal intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, both under the statutory cancellation right (days 1–14) and under our commercial guarantee (days 15–90). Exceptions apply where the product is defective or where an error has been made on our part — in such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item.

Article 4 – Pricing and Billing
Prices and promotions may be changed without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is dispatched. Prices include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges (unless free delivery applies) and any applicable customs duties. You agree to provide up-to-date and accurate payment information for all purchases.
Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Standard delivery is estimated at 6–10 business days. Once the product has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Nuvia or its partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Article 7 – Relationship with Shopify
Nuvia operates on the Shopify platform. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Nuvia, including any damages or losses arising from purchased products.
Article 8 – Personal Data
All personal data we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
Article 9 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Article 10 – Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check for changes periodically.
